BCAA - (branched-chain amino acids) Protein consists of twenty amino acids, nine of which are essential. This means that we cannot manufacture them ourselves, but they must be supplied via the diet. Only the essential amino acids have been shown to increase muscle growth after exercise. Three of the essential amino acids belong to the group of branched-chain amino acids (BCAA) - leucine, isoleusine and valine. Of these, leucine is mainly attributed the greatest effect on muscle synthesis. The branched chain amino acids are metabolized in the muscles and are thus important for muscle metabolism. There is also a theory that the addition of BCCA would increase endurance during exercise. This is because the branched-chain amino acids sink into the bloodstream during exercise and compete with the amino acid tryptophan for the blood-brain barrier. Tryptophan is then converted to serotonin, which is thought to increase mental fatigue. Thus, with increased levels of BCAAs in the blood, fatigue could be reduced and performance improved.

Ár energy is a carbonated sugar-free energy drink with taste and color from natural fruits that contain BCAAs (branched-chain amino acids), vitamins and caffeine. Produced from Natural Mineral Water from the Åre source.

Year BCAAs contain a total of 3000 mg in the ratio 4: 1: 1. 2000 mg leucine, 500 mg isoleucine and 500 mg valine.

Ár functional is a vitamin and functional drink with taste and color from natural fruits and berries that contains vitamins and minerals, natural fruit sugar (Fructose) and caffeine. Produced from Natural Mineral Water from the Åre source.

Children, pregnant women, nursing mothers or people sensitive to caffeine are advised not to consume Ár functional products.

One bottle (500 ml) of Ár BCAA or Ár Natural contains 180 grams of caffeine. This corresponds to the same amount of caffeine as in 2 cups of coffee.

Ár functional products contain caffeine 180 mg per 500 ml (= one bottle), which corresponds to the amount of caffeine in 2 cups of coffee. We therefore recommend a consumption of a maximum of 2 bottles per day.

It is possible to drink Ár functional products both before, during and after training. Ár BCAA contains free amino acids that are absorbed directly by the body and Ár Natural is sweetened with fruit sugar (fructose) which is quickly converted to good energy and does not contribute to the release of insulin.

Both Ár BCAA and Ár Natural contain the following vitamins: Vitamin D, B6, B12, Biotin and Niacin. Ár Natural is also enriched with these minerals: Magnesium and Zinc.
